The national final of the 11th season of the Plazma Youth Sports Games in Serbia has been completed

From 1 to 9 July, a staggering one thousand competitors from 70 cities and municipalities of Serbia converged on Zlatibor, one of the country’s most picturesque mountains, making it a truly grand event.

The Municipality of Čajetina and the Čajetina Sports Association have excellent cooperation with the Plazma Youth Sports Games, and this is the second time they have organized the State Final. The competitions occurred at three locations in ​​the municipality of Čajetina and on sandy grounds in Nova Varoš.

At Zlatibor, a diverse range of sports were on display, including the sports game Lino’ Between two fires,’ athletics (60 m race), MIS volleyball, Millennium Team 3×3 basketball, indoor football, table tennis, tennis, handball, Banca Intesa chess, and beach volleyball, ensuring there was something for everyone.

Lana Andrinčin, Dragan Nikitović (category 2015), Lola Jordanov, and Alen Sejdović (category 2013) are the champions of the final 60 m races.

The ‘star’ of the State Final was the Coca-Cola Cup soccer tournament, a highly anticipated event that featured intense matches and thrilling moments. In the Coca-Cola Cup final, the game between ŽFK Radnički 1923 Kragujevac and ŽFK Moskva Novi Sad ended with a score of 1:0, while the match between FK Novi Pazar and FK Sloga 33 Petrovac na Mlava ended with a score of 3:1.

Jana Marković scored the winning goal for ŽFK Radnički 1923 Kragujevac, while Ahmed Ljajić took FK Novi Pazar to the International Final with a hat trick.

At the end of the games, medals were awarded to the best goalkeeper, scorer, and player in both competitions. Representatives of the municipalities and cities – partners of the Games and prominent sports workers presented the cups and medals to the best individuals.

Both finals were judged by internationally known referees Miloš Milanović and Milan Ilić. The Serbian Cheerleading and Cheersport Association members enhanced the program.

Representatives of local governments and partner cities of Plazma Youth Sports Games supported the final competitions: Milan Stamatović, president of the municipality of Čajetina, Lazar Rvović, president of the town of Priboj, and prominent sports workers: Tijana Malešević and Nataša Krsmanović, volleyball players, paraolympic athlete Aleksandar Radišić, Strajin Nedović, prominent Serbian and international basketball coach, Milovan Rajevac, prominent Serbian and international coach, Ljubiša Stamenković, coach of Sloboda from Užice, Miloš Kruščić, Serbian and international coach of FC Spartak Subotica, Nikola Simović, president of FC Spartak, Ljubiša Dunđerski, general manager of FC Spartak, Marko Dimitrijevic, general secretary of FC Radnički 1923 , Slavko Perović director of FK Radnički 1923 Slavko Perović, Fikret Međedović general manager of FK Novi Pazar , Ivan Karapetrović president of FK Jedinstvo Putevi Užice Andrija Kaluđerović famous international footballer and Serbian representative and Saša Ilić famous Serbian representative longtime captain of Partizan, now football coach at FK Pari Nizhny Novgorod, Russia.

The Plazma Youth Sports Games’ primary goal, successfully achieved, is to foster fun and friendship among the participants, with the audience playing a crucial role in creating this vibrant atmosphere.

The municipality of Nova Varoš hosted the National Beach Volleyball Final of the 11th season of the Plazma Youth Sports Games. This dynamic and entertaining game brought together the winners of the regional finals. First-place teams are: girls Đuka – Anja (Belgrade) and boys Princess (Prijepolje). Teams Šakali and Vukšini Sokolovi from Kraljevo won the final games of Millennium Team basketball 3×3.

During the 11th season of the Plazma Youth Sports Games, 35 Banca Intesa qualifying chess tournaments for children 2013 and younger and 2009 and younger were played. Further placement was won by Milica Vujičić (Belgrade), Nina Smilić (Belgrade), Nikola Adamović (Novi Sad), Matej Jokić (Kragujevac) category 2013 and younger and Darya Timofeeva (Novi Sad), Teodora Jauković (Novi Sad) and Velja Nedeljković (Niš), Nikola Rakić (Požarevac) category 2009 and younger.

The state final in table tennis was held in Zlatibor. The first-place winners in category 2012 and younger: boys Egri Dominik (Bačka Topola), Nikolic Dimitrije (Surčin), and girls Stamenović Nevena (Leskovac), Savičić Lena (Ugrinovci); 2009 and younger boys Dragoljević Branko (Novi Sad), Trusina Kristijan (Seleča), and girls Dragoljević Dejana (Novi Sad) Jovanović Lana (Negotin).

The Srćkovo Jato team from Niš are winners in futsal. At the same time, the fire on Zlatibor was lit in Lino’s “Between Two Fires” by winners Kings (Kraljevo) category 2013 and younger and Atomski mravci (Kuršumlija) category 2015 and younger.

The last two finals were no less attractive, where the handball and tennis players showed their talent, skills, and dedication to the game.

The handball team Gracija sa Dunav from Apatin and RK Metalopastika qualified for the next competition, as did the first-place tennis players Lazar Đokić from Prokuplje and Danica Marjanović from Niš and the second-place Lena Kukić (Novi Sad) and Radovan Petrović (Niš).
